We have them. Good ones too. You should meet them. But, for now, here is a small sampling of the broad expertise our people will bring to the table.

Andy Fletcher, President/CEO
A graduate of the University of Florida, Andy is a self described agency brat.
The four years with his father’s firm, Fletcher/Mayo/Associates, included the successful launch of a full service Chicago office when he was only 26. The late 1980’s included management roles with Nebraska’s Swanson Russell Associates and Della Femina Travisano. Andy returned to the Midwest and founded Fletcher Gampper & Wirth, a direct response agency in Kansas City. He closed the shop after six years and became President of Barkley Evergreen & Partners in Kansas City. His leadership helped shift the primarily automotive aftermarket agency into one of the premier retail agencies in America.

Andy joined Atlanta’s Tausche Martin Lonsdorf in 1995 as a Partner, President and Chief Executive Officer. The agency became Fletcher Martin in 1999, two years prior to the partial sale of the company to MDC Partners. Best known for their work in the multi-unit franchise industries, Fletcher Martin serves a cross section of clients in both consumer and retail categories. His career client list includes
Carvel Ice Cream, Learjet, Northwest Airlines, TWA, Arby’s, Sonic Drive-Ins, NTW, Helzberg Diamonds, General Electric, and Energizer.

Andy is an active participant and frequent speaker in the industry. He serves on both the Atlanta Council and National Board of the AAAA, the National Advertising Review Board, and has just completed his two year term as president of MAGNET, an international network of over 40 independent agencies. In addition, Andy is on the Advisory Board for the Advertising Department at the University of Florida,
as well as the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Brandy Gill, Executive Creative Director
Brandy partnered with (and donated the “G”) to CGS Advertising Group where
he was responsible for award winning work in traditional and interactive media
for a range of clients in the automotive, entertainment, healthcare and
travel & tourism industries.

Travel and tourism marketing firm Ypartnership (formerly YPB&R) then claimed
him as senior vice president and group creative director on the agency’s largest travel & hospitality accounts, such as Marriott, Steamboat, Hard Rock Hotel and Casinos, Outrigger Hotels in Hawaii and the South Pacific, The St. Petersburg Clearwater CVB, and a few small countries in the Caribbean as well as the
country of Mexico.

During his career in advertising, Brandy has won a slew of creative awards across many communication mediums. But it’s not the accolades that keep him motivated. It’s his love for the work and the process. He often remarks that it’s the best job in the world. Especially when the CEO is within earshot.

Beverly Andersen, Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning
Bev is a native of upstate NY, where she received degrees in Marketing
and Psychology from St. Bonaventure University. She began her 20+ year communications career on the client side, moving quickly to then-independent Y&R/NY to work on Eastman Kodak and Bausch & Lomb. In a gradual southern migration, Bev spent time in Greenville, SC with healthcare and textile clients, before landing in Atlanta, where she led planning and teams at JWT and
Merkley Newman Harty for HUD, Kimberly-Clark and BellSouth.

We recognized the tremendous talent and insight Bev was bringing to clients,
and now offer her uncanny ability to analyze business through our strategic planning program. In her tenure at Fletcher Martin, Bev has developed comprehensive corporate turn-around and brand launch plans for clients such as First Data Corporation, ChoicePoint, Alcoa Fujikura Ltd, Cellular South Wireless, Suntory Water Group Brands, The Georgia Cancer Coalition, Precept Golf,
Mio Mastercard®, Sona MedSpas International, University of Florida, BioLab,
and Knology.

Don Cole, Executive Vice President, Media Director
An MBA in finance was the seed from which Don’s media future grew. At NW Ayer in New York he handled media research and learned the art of buying in the lion’s den of network TV. He broadened his experience further by taking a position at Arbitron where he learned the ins and outs of the research game. Doner brought him back to the agency side, and then with Moroch Associates in Dallas,
Don oversaw their media planning and buying budget.

Over the years his major assignments have included BP, Eckerd, AARP,
and McDonald’s. Don joined Fletcher Martin in 2000 and has developed a specialty in customizing a unique media plan in each market that a client does business.
If the future of our ever-changing media landscape scares you, you’d better take Don along for the ride.

Jill Meiser, Executive Vice President, Account Management
Jill hails from the Buckeye State, where she received her Journalism degree at
The Ohio State University. With more than 15 years in local broadcast media and retail accounts, she knows how to turn on a dime and make things happen in an ever–changing environment. Jill has worked for J. Walter Thompson and previously for Fletcher Martin, and for five years she directed the Southern regional local broadcast operation for BBDO/PHD USA, where she was responsible for
$400 million in client billings.

After conquering that mountain, Jill turned her sights back home, returning to Fletcher Martin to head up our account service group on the Arby’s business.
Jill was the conductor in an elaborate orchestration which added 29 Arby’s co–ops and over 1,000 stores to our shop, and required us to plan and execute annual marketing plans for all of them in under 60 days.

At various times, Jill’s client roster has included Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Mercedes–Benz, BellSouth, Cingular Wireless, Arby’s, Outback Steakhouse,
The Gap, and MGM Movie Studios.

Angie Powell, Executive Vice President, Retail Promotions
Angie has been with us for nearly 30 years. And there’s very good reason for that: We won’t let her leave. Angie is a newspaper/direct mail/marriage and solo mail/ADVO/FSI genius. It’s safe to say she knows absolutely more about this field than anyone on the planet. If you want to know how to personally reach a certain consumer in a particular market, Angie gets it done. And it’s not uncommon
for her to look at a schedule and utter something like, “I hate to tell you this but
with this particular buy you’re going to miss your three biggest stores in
North Carolina because this particular paper doesn’t deliver in the second
week of August in a leap year.”

In 1990 Angie added account service to her list of duties, and that’s in addition
to print and broadcast production, and taking over management of Traffic Generators. She’s worked on Arby’s and the 500+ franchisees in the system,
along with Carvel, Knology, Northside Hospital and Mrs. Winner’s. She handles
all print production and print media planning, negotiating print contracts and
agency national ADVO contracts, as well as POP and POS materials.
